Pancit Molo Soup

Delicate wonton dumplings in clear broth.

Ingredients

  • 25 pcs Wonton skins
  • 150 g Ground pork
  • 100 g Shrimp, minced
  • 0.25 cup Water chestnuts, minced
  • 0.25 cup Carrots, minced
  • 0.5 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 4 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup Scallions
  • 0.25 tsp Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, carrots, fish sauce, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place filling on wonton skins. Pleat into small pouches.

  3. Boil in chicken broth for 15 minutes.

  4. Serve in bowls with scallions.
