Pancit Molo

Delicate wonton soup dumplings from Molo, Iloilo.

Ingredients

  • 25 pcs Wonton skins
  • 150 g Ground pork
  • 100 g Shrimp, minced
  • 0.25 cup Water chestnuts, minced
  • 0.25 cup Carrots, minced
  • 0.5 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 0.25 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 4 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup Scallions

Instructions

  1. Mix pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, carrots, fish sauce, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place filling in wonton skins and pleat into small pouches.

  3. Boil dumplings in chicken broth for 15 minutes.

  4. Serve in bowls garnished with scallions.
