Pancit Molo
Delicate wonton soup dumplings from Molo, Iloilo.
Instructions
Mix pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, carrots, fish sauce, salt, and pepper.
Place filling in wonton skins and pleat into small pouches.
Boil dumplings in chicken broth for 15 minutes.
Serve in bowls garnished with scallions.
