Crispy spring rolls stuffed with minced pork and vegetables.
Instructions
Sauté garlic, onion until they soften and smell nice.
Drop in carrots, potatoes, and green beans. Season it with fish sauce, salt, and pepper.
Wrap filling in spring roll wrappers, rolling tightly.
Deep-fry at 170C until golden. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
