Loco Moco

Easy Loco Moco using CDO Ulam Burger

Ingredients

  • 6 patties CDO Ulam Burger
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 0.5 cup button mushroom (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0 Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the burger patties until both sides are completely cooked. Set aside.

  2. Fry the eggs. Set aside.

  3. Make the sauce by heating 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a saucepan. Saute onion and mushrooms for 2 minutes.

  4. Pour the beef broth into the pan and season with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Let boil. Cook for 3 minutes in low heat setting.

  5. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

  6. Make a slurry by combining 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water. Stir until well blended.

  7. Pour the slurry into the saucepan. Stir until the sauce thickens.

  8. Arrange the CDO Ulam Burger Patties on a plate over rice. Top with sauce. Add fried egg. Garnish with chopped parsley.

  9. Share. Serve and enjoy!
