Lechon Sisig

Ingredients

  • 1 large b. Lechon (roasted pork, minced)
  • 1 large arge yellow onion
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 piece calamansi
  • 4 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp margarine

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a frying pan.

  2. Put-in onion and then cook for 2 minutes or until soft.

  3. Add the lechon. Stir.

  4. Put-in garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes in high heat.

  5. Add the mayonnaise. Stir and then cook for 3 minutes.

  6. Transfer to a serving plate. You can squeeze lime or calamansi and add hot sauce if desired.

  7. Serve. Share and enjoy!
