Kilayin
Kapampangan Kilayin is a pork and liver stew cooked in vinegar and spices. It's nutritious, flavorful, and pairs well with steamed rice.
Instructions
Mix the rice flour, sugar, and coconut milk together in a saucepan. Stir until it's smooth.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Move it to a dish and spread evenly.
Let cool before cutting into serving pieces.
