Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Tear the leaves from the stalk and place in a ziplock bag.

  2. Put-in the salt, pepper, and vinegar in the bag then seal.

  3. Shake the bag until all the ingredients are well distributed then refrigerate overnight.

  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  5. Arranged the marinated kale leaves in a baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.

  7. Serve. Share and enjoy!
