Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.5 tsp mustard powder
  • 0 salt and pepper
  • 1.12 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. With a sharp knife, carefully slice eggs in half, scooping out the yolk into a bowl.

  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper to the yolk. Combine ingredients thoroughly.

  3. Fill the bottom halves of eggs with yolk filling and cover with the top halves to close. Sprinkle paprika on top.

  4. Serve alone as snacks or with main meals as side dishes.
