Grilled Pork Chops
Juicy grilled pork chops brined in a salt and brown sugar solution, coated with a six-spice rub, and grilled over medium-high heat to 145°F. The brine keeps the meat moist while the rub creates a flavorful, lightly charred crust.
Instructions
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from grill and let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Serve with garlic rice and your favorite side dishes.
