Crispy Sisig

Ingredients

  • 4 cup lechon kawali, chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded, cored and diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded, cored and diced
  • 1 onion, peeled and diced
  • 5 piece Thai chili peppers, minced
  • 0.5 cup calamansi juice
  • 0 salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, combine lechon kawali, bell peppers, onions, and chili peppers.

  2. Toss in calamansi juice and Season it with salt and pepper until it suits your preference.

  3. Gently toss together to evenly distribute. Best served right away.
