Crispy Pata with Lechon Sauce
Crispy pork leg served with tangy lechon sauce.
Instructions
Boil pork leg with salt, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns for 1.5 hours.
Drain, dry, and deep-fry at 170C for 30 minutes until crispy.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, calamansi, pineapple juice, and brown sugar for sauce.
Slice pork and serve with lechon sauce on the side.
