Crispy Adobo
Crispy pan-fried chicken adobo.
Instructions
Marinate chicken in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns for 1 hour.
Brown chicken in oil. Add marinade and simmer 25 minutes.
Remove chicken. Reduce sauce until thick.
Pan-fry chicken in oil until crispy. Serve with thickened sauce.
