Crispy Adobo

Crispy pan-fried chicken adobo.

Ingredients

  • 0.67 kg Chicken thighs
  • 0.33 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.33 cup Vinegar
  • 4 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 2 pcs Bay leaves
  • 0.67 tsp Black peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 0.67 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns for 1 hour.

  2. Brown chicken in oil. Add marinade and simmer 25 minutes.

  3. Remove chicken. Reduce sauce until thick.

  4. Pan-fry chicken in oil until crispy. Serve with thickened sauce.
