Chili Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 large b. shrimp (with head and shell, cleaned)
  • 3.25 cup leeks chopped
  • 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 0 a few drops of sesame oil
  • 5 g arlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 knob ginger (minced)
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan.

  2. Sauté the garlic and ginger

  3. Put-in the shrimp. Stir and then cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add the ketchup, hot sauce, chili sauce, and hoisin sauce. Stir. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes.

  5. Pour-in the fish sauce and some sesame oil.

  6. Add the leeks. Stir and then cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

  7. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve. Share and enjoy!
