Chicago Style Hotdog

Ingredients

  • 2 piece beef hotdog
  • 2 piece poppy seed hotdog bun
  • 1 medium tomato (wedged)
  • 2 piece dill pickle spears
  • 3 tsp super green pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp diced yellow onion
  • 4 piece sport pepper
  • 2 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
  • 4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Pour the water on the steamer. Let boil.

  2. Steam the hot dogs for 7 to 8 minutes. Set Aside

  3. Steam the buns for 30 to 40 seconds. Set aside.

  4. Arrange the condiments on the bun starting with the onion, tomato, and dill spears.

  5. Squeeze-in the hotdog and then top with mustard, neon green pickle relish, and sport pepper.

  6. Serve. Share and enjoy!
