Burong Baboy

Sour pork stew with tamarind and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 333.33 g Pork shoulder, cubed
  • 1.33 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 1.33 pcs Tomatoes, quartered
  • 3.33 pcs Okra
  • 0.67 cup String beans
  • 0.67 pcs Onion, quartered
  • 2 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 0.67 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2.67 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Boil pork in water with fish sauce for 20 minutes.

  2. Add tamarind paste and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes.

  3. Add okra, string beans, and onion.

  4. Cook it until vegetables are tender. Serve while hot.
