Batchoy Tagalog
Batchoy Tagalog is a hearty soup made with pork, offal, and miswa in a ginger-flavored broth. It's ready in under an hour and is the perfect comfort food for cold, rainy days!
Instructions
Warm up some oil in a pan or pot on medium heat.
Give pork a good browning, turning once or twice. Remove when done. in the pan.
Add the aromatics — garlic, onion, ginger — and Cook it until fragrant.
Add the onion, garlic, ginger. Season it to taste.
Cook it until everything gets tender and the flavors have melded together.
Serve it while it's hot with steamed rice.
