Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 bacon strips
  • 6 eggs (beaten)
  • 1.25 cup fresh milk
  • 3.25 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Arrange the bacon in a pan. Cook until crisp. Set Aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and cheese. Mix well.

  3. Crumble the bacon strips and add to the egg mixture along with the green onions. Stir.

  4. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Cover the dish with a greased aluminum foil (greased side down).

  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the eggs are done.

  7. Remove from the oven. Serve.

  8. Share and enjoy!
