Tocino

Sweet glazed pork belly served with garlic rice and egg. A favorite weekend breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 800 g Cured Pork Belly
  • 6 cups Jasmine Rice cooked
  • 12 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 pieces Eggs
  • 6 tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook tocino in a pan until glazed and caramelized.

  2. Saute garlic in rice until golden and fragrant.

  3. Fry eggs sunny-side up. Plate rice and top with tocino and egg.
