Sisig (Chicken)

Sizzling chicken sisig with calamansi and chili.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Chicken, diced
  • 50 g Chicken liver
  • 0.5 pcs Onion, chopped
  • 3 pcs Calamansi
  • 1.5 pcs Siling labuyo
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 pcs Salted egg
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken for 15 minutes. Dice finely.

  2. Pan-fry until crispy. Add liver and cook through.

  3. Mix with onion, calamansi, chilies, mayo, and salted egg.

  4. Serve on a sizzling plate with a fried egg on top.
