Sisig (Chicken)
Sizzling chicken sisig with calamansi and chili.
Instructions
Boil chicken for 15 minutes. Dice finely.
Pan-fry until crispy. Add liver and cook through.
Mix with onion, calamansi, chilies, mayo, and salted egg.
Serve on a sizzling plate with a fried egg on top.
