Air Fryer Longganisa Frittata

Cooked CDO Skinless Longganisa sausages are sliced and folded into beaten eggs with chopped bell peppers, frozen green peas, and grated cheddar cheese, then air-fried until puffed and golden for a hearty and flavorful breakfast frittata.

Ingredients

  • 6 CDO Skinless Longganisa (cooked)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 0.5 cup frozen green peas
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the longganisa in half. Set aside.

  2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Season with salt.

  3. Add bell pepper, green peas, and cheddar cheese. Mix well.

  4. Scoop a portion of the egg mixture into a silicon air fryer cup. Top with two slices of longganisa.

  5. Air fry in 190C for 15 minutes or until the eggs gets cooked completely.

  6. Remove the frittata from the silicon cups and arrange it on a serving plate.

  7. Serve.
